Creating a safe educational environment is a pressing issue today. That is why on May 13, 2025, the college students were visited by patrol police captains Senchuk Yana and Hryshkovets Viktoriya - senior inspectors of the patrol police department for public relations, Lieutenant Maria Rusylo - a graduate of our educational institution, inspector of the patrol police department for public relations, who are employees of the patrol police department of the Rivne region.

The educational institution was also visited by representatives of the TOR patrol company (tactical and operational response) Korniychuk Mykola and Ivanov Vitaliy. TOR police companies work out those challenges where force support is required. Often these are mass fights, robberies, robberies, bodily injuries, various mass events, etc.

The moderators of the event (Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr Talimonchuk and Head of the Department of General Education Valeriy Gumenyuk) familiarized students with the Regulations of the educational institution on preventing and combating bullying, the Regulations on the policy of preventing and combating sexual harassment, and the Memorandum on the prevention of socially dangerous actions.

During the meeting, Captain Yana Senchuk told students about the need to be able to shape and create a non-violent educational environment; revealed the features of developing the skills to recognize situations of bullying, mistreatment, domestic violence, and to respond in a timely and correct manner to a situation that has arisen in a student group or family.

The conversation showed that young people know how to counteract discrimination on any grounds and form an intolerant attitude towards manifestations of violent behavior - bullying.

Patrol police captain Viktoria Grishkovets introduced the students to the main areas of implementation of state policy in the field of preventing and combating violence, in particular, she spoke about the peculiarities of sexual harassment and forms of combating it at the legislative level, and revealed the issues of social and legal protection of children in Ukraine, prevention and counteraction to terrorist acts among children and minors.

Representatives of law enforcement agencies emphasized administrative and criminal liability, since today's youth have an insufficient level of legal culture, but ignorance of the laws does not exempt from liability.

At the end of the event, students had the opportunity to ask questions to the guests and receive professional answers.

Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr Talimonchuk expressed his gratitude for the meeting and emphasized the importance of the organized event and the relevance of the chosen issues.
