In accordance with the order of the college director 01-OD dated 01.01.2024, from January 15 to 17, 2024, certification of workplaces in offices and laboratories took place in our college.
Preparation for certification took place in three stages. In the first stage, the heads of the cycle commissions compiled tables indicating the correspondence of academic disciplines from the curriculum to the classrooms.
At the second stage, the teachers of these academic disciplines developed element No. 2 “Passport of jobs” and indicated there all practical and laboratory work from their discipline, after which they presented them to the head of the corresponding office.
At the third stage, the heads of the offices collected and organized all the job passports according to the disciplines taught in the office. Subsequently, the heads of the offices and laboratories developed all other elements of the documentation (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), formed all the elements into a folder and submitted them to the head and members of the attestation commission for review and signature during the attestation.
On January 3, 2024, a meeting of the heads of the cycle commissions was held in office No. 68 under the leadership of the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Lyudmila Volodymyrivna Baldych, at which the documentation on the certification of workplaces was jointly reviewed, and after making comments and suggestions received as a result of the review, samples of the relevant documents were sent to the heads of the cycle commissions for further distribution to the heads of offices.
According to the schedule approved by the college director, the certification took place from January 15 to 17, 2024:
- On January 15, 2024, the workplaces of 18 classrooms and laboratories were certified, in accordance with 111 academic disciplines assigned to the cyclical commission of general education disciplines and the cyclical commission of economic disciplines;
- On January 16, 2024, workplaces in 14 classrooms and laboratories were certified, in accordance with 119 academic disciplines assigned to cyclical commissions of land management and construction disciplines;
- On January 17, 2024, workplaces in 14 classrooms and laboratories were certified, in accordance with 104 academic disciplines assigned to the cyclical commissions of legal disciplines and the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines;
Thus, in three days of work, the certification commission processed and approved working documentation for 46 classrooms and laboratories, and also certified workplaces in 334 academic disciplines. Based on the results of the certification, an order was issued for the educational institution 22-OD dated 02.02.2024 approving the certification results.
