Working trip to the city of Zvyahel

On December 21, 2023, a delegation of the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" visited two institutions of professional pre-higher education in the city of Zvyahel, Zhytomyr region, with the aim of exchanging experience.

The delegation was led by the college director Vasyl TSARUKThe working group included the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila BALDYCH, college methodologist Vadym LYULCHYK, Acting Deputy Director for Production Work Taras SASOVSKY, head of the office Iryna DEMYDKO, tenant of the dining room Valentina VESELSKA.

Collaboration with Zvyahelskyi Medical Professional College of the Zhytomyr Regional Council began several years ago. In 2021, specialists from this institution conducted training on the implementation and use of the lCloud Educational Cloud in the educational process, developed by Mykola STADNIK, methodologist of the Zvyahel Medical Professional College of the Zhytomyr Regional Council.

Vasyl TSARUK and Lyudmila BALDYCH met with the director of the medical college Olena SOLODOVNIK and representatives of the administration By Natalia MUKHAROVSKAYA, Deputy Director for Humanities Education and Upbringing, By Mykola DRACH, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Mykola STADNIK, methodologist. In a friendly atmosphere, they discussed current issues of the functioning of institutions of professional pre-higher education, financing, career guidance, possible aspects of interaction and joint work, and signed a cooperation agreement.

Valentina Veselska, tenant of the canteen of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", together with the deputy director for AGR By Natalia ZASUKHINA visited the medical college cafeteria, which provides meals for college students.

Next on the trip's agenda was Novograd-Volynskyi (Zvyahelskyi) Polytechnic Vocational College, which trains specialists in related specialties, leading to the educational and professional degree of a professional junior bachelor, and at the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", and this opens up prospects for cooperation with the above-mentioned educational institution.

College administration headed by the director Alla PETROSHUK warmly welcomed the delegation from the Rivne region. First, they discussed general issues of the functioning of institutions and the safety of participants in the educational process under martial law. Then, the heads of structural units, each in their own direction, talked.

Deputy Director for Educational Work Oksana KUDRYAVTSEVA shared her experience of volunteer activities organized at the college, where students, together with others, provide assistance to soldiers. These include charity concerts to raise funds, car repairs, collecting food kits, purchasing warm clothing, etc.

Head of training and industrial practices Larisa FUTAK shared her experience in preparing joint diploma projects by students of specialty 192 Construction and Civil Engineering, which are carried out on real data and are subsequently used in the college to improve the material base.

With the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs By Vyacheslav TARASYUK discussed the issues of organizing the educational process, accreditation of educational programs, and the safety of participants in the educational process.

Methodists shared their experience about the work of the school of a young teacher, preparation and conduct of open classes, and conducting methodological work. Anna BORYSYUK and Natalia MARCHENKO.

With the director's secretary Natalia ROMANIUK discussed some issues of office work, organization of document flow, and participation in improving office processes.

An agreement on cooperation and academic mobility of students was signed.
College Director Alla Volodymyrivna together with our working group, conducted an inspection of the educational and material base. The head of the institution devotes a lot of effort to updating and strengthening the college base: production workshops, assembly hall, swimming pool, sports hall, dining room, dormitories - all this requires constant attention from the head and the team.
