Interuniversity Conference: Modern Computer Technologies in Geodesy, Cartography and Land Management

On November 26, 2024, an interuniversity scientific and practical internet conference was held at the Higher Educational Service "Mukachiv Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine" on the topic: "MODERN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN GEODESY, CARTOGRAPHY AND LAND MANAGEMENT»

Purpose of the conference: exchange of experience, current information, and results of scientific research on the formation of theoretical knowledge, skills, and practical abilities in the field of application of modern software, the latest geodetic instruments, and computer technologies in geodesy, cartography, and land management among future land management specialists.

From the Higher Educational Service “Rivne Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine” the conference was attended by a teacher of land management disciplines, a specialist of the highest category, a teacher-methodologist Oleksandr KUSHNIRUK with the topic "Using DJI Mavic 3 Pro in land management and photogrammetry: the effectiveness of unmanned technologies", teacher of land management disciplines, specialist of the highest category, teacher-methodologist Oleg KACHANOVSKYY with the topic "Science Club "Cartographer": research, innovations and practical experience" and a student of group 31-Z Daria KOLYADYUK with the topic "Use of geoinformation technologies in the field of geodesy and land management".

The conference was opened by the college director Yuriy SADVARIHe emphasized the importance of the scientific gathering and the relevance of the issues raised for discussion at the conference, and emphasized the importance of modern computer technologies in geodesy, cartography, and land management.

The conference was continued by Ph.D. Ilya-Olexander ZASTULKA who emphasized that modern geodetic technologies cannot currently exist without the use of computer technologies and specialized software.

The head of the agronomic department addressed the conference participants with an introductory speech. Olga HUDZOVATA, wished everyone pleasant and productive scientific communication, creative success, health, peace and goodness.

The event contributed to strengthening ties between educational institutions and stimulated the professional development of participants, as well as confirmed the importance of integrating modern technologies into the educational process and professional activities in the field of geodesy and land management. The conference left a positive impression and became an impetus for further cooperation and scientific development.
