On October 23, 2024, students of the economic department of the Separate structural unit "Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine" had a unique opportunity to talk with Yuriy Voitenko, Director of the North-Western Macroregional Department of JSC CB "Privatbank". During the meeting, Mr. Voitenko shared his experience in the banking sector, and also talked about the secrets of success in business and personal life.
Yuriy Oleksiyovych Voitenko is one of the key managers of PrivatBank, managing the bank's operations in the northwestern region of Ukraine. Over the years of his work, he has accumulated vast experience in financial management and teamwork, which has made him a true expert in his field.
Mr. Yuriy shared with the students his key rules for success, which the speaker considers universal and those that will help anyone become successful, no matter what field a person works in:
1. Believe in yourself, always.
2. Find your favorite thing, don't be afraid of change if you make a mistake and the work doesn't become your favorite.
3. Strive to become the best in your field.
4. Constantly learn and, above all, read a lot of books.
5. Step out of your comfort zone if you realize you've fallen into it and feel like life is a success.
At the end of the meeting, the students had the opportunity to ask questions, which Mr. Yuriy was happy to answer. Also, the two most attentive students of the department received books as gifts that once helped him on his path to success.
Meeting with Yuriy Voytenko was a valuable experience for the students, who not only learned about career opportunities in the financial sector, but also received important life advice from a successful banker. Such events help students gain inspiration and new knowledge for further professional development.
