To the newcomers of Donbas and Crimea

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has developed documents that significantly simplify the possibility of obtaining Ukrainian education for applicants whose place of residence is the temporarily occupied territories.

Порядком прийому на навчання для здобуття фахової передвищої освіти передбачено, що вступники на основі базової та повної загальної середньої освіти (випускники 9 та 11 класів шкіл), місце проживання яких станом на 24 лютого 2022 року задекларовано (зареєстровано) на тимчасово окупованій території, або в населених пунктах, віднесених до території активних бойових дій (активних бойових дій, на яких функціонують державні електронні інформаційні ресурси) станом на 01 липня 2024 року, або які перебувають на ній або здійснили внутрішнє переміщення з неї після 01 січня 2024 року користуються такими правами:

  • зарахування на навчання до закладів фахової передвищої освіти за результатами співбесіди;
  • зарахування на навчання до закладів фахової передвищої освіти на місця державного замовлення в межах встановлених квот або переведення на вакантні бюджетні місця.

Therefore, for applicants from temporarily occupied territories On the basis of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" under the admissions committee, the educational centers "Donbas-Ukraine", "Crimea-Ukraine" operate for obtaining certificates and admission to institutions of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine.

Persons who are eligible to enroll through educational centers are:

  • have a Ukrainian document on education obtained through distance or external learning;
  • проходили НМТ і матимуть відповідні сертифікати 2022. 2023, 2024, 2025 років;
  • не проходили ЗНО або НМТ;
  • do not have a Ukrainian education document.

Education documents obtained in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas and Crimea are not recognized.

Нагадаємо, Міністерство освіти і науки України прагне залучити якомога більше дітей з тимчасово окупованих територій до здобуття освіти в Україні.
