In today's world of rapid change and wide opportunities, it is not easy for school graduates to make one of the most responsible decisions in their lives - to choose a future profession among the variety of educational directions and offers from educational institutions. Therefore, meetings of graduating students with student groups and teachers of educational institutions are very useful and appropriate. For this purpose, an Open Day was held at the VSP "Rivne Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine" on March 31.
On a sunny spring day, our College hospitably welcomed prospective applicants and their parents. The entire College staff made sure that the guests had the most useful time and got acquainted with the educational institution, its specialties, and admission requirements.
In the assembly hall of the College, the director, Doctor of Economics, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. Vasyl TSARUK, who spoke about the benefits of studying, the structure and main achievements of the educational institution, the features of continuing education under the shortened program at the National University of Bioresources and Environmental Management of Ukraine. Comprehensive information was provided to answer questions from future applicants and their parents regarding the features of studying at a professional college.
The guests were introduced to the material and technical base, opportunities for the comprehensive development of students, the organization of the environment and student life, living conditions in student dormitories, sports groups, etc.
At the end of his speech, the head of the educational institution presented certificates Nadiya Bilan, Anni Kononchuk and To Bohdan Humenyuk for active participation in the Olympiad for applicants, which gives them advantages when entering.
Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Committee Yevheniy MASTALYARCHUK spoke about the conditions and rules of admission to the college in 2024, about the specialties in which specialists are trained, and the features of submitting documents to the admissions committee; familiarized with the list of competitive subjects, deadlines for accepting documents. He also emphasized that the college's admissions committee is always ready to help and answer all questions.
Then parents and students accompanied by department heads Serhiy GULYUK, Iryna MARTYNOVA, Serhiy SHALAY, Iryna YAKYMCHUK and head of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines Neli RUSINAI They toured the college's classrooms and laboratories, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the activities of a separate department, the educational process, and practices.
Overall, everyone had a pleasant impression. We were happy to welcome enthusiastic young people and their parents to our educational institution and tell them about everything that the Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine has to offer.
