In today's difficult political and socio-economic situation in society, the role of trade unions as effective defenders of the rights and interests of workers is significantly increasing.
Therefore, on December 20, 2023, under the chairmanship of the Director Vasyl TSARUK The reporting and election meeting of the trade union organization VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" was held.
The meeting was attended by a guest – Viktor HRYBOK, head of the Rivne Regional Trade Union Organization of Workers in the Agro-Industrial Complex.
The following issues were on the agenda:
1. Report of the head of the primary trade union organization, Oleg KACHANOVSKY.
2. Elections of the trade union committee, the head of the primary organization and the audit commission.
3. Elections of the labor dispute commission.
4. Granting the trade union committee the authority to negotiate with the administration and develop a collective agreement and internal regulations.
5. Granting authority to the head of the trade union committee to make appropriate changes to the registration documents of the primary trade union organization.
In his speech Oleg KACHANOVSKYY reported on the current composition of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Employees of the Agricultural Complex of Ukraine "RFK NUBiP". He noted that in its activities the trade union committee is guided by the Charter of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine, the Collective Agreement between the administration and the trade union committee. The Primary Trade Union Organization of Employees of the Agricultural Complex of Ukraine "RFK NUBiP" is registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
Concluding the report, Oleg KACHANOVSKYY thanked all its members for their teamwork, mutual understanding, and assistance in solving the life issues of the college staff.
Joined the discussion Oleksandr KUSHNIRUK, teacher of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines. He noted that in accordance with the "Regulations on the labor protection service in the units of the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", a review of the state of labor protection in the departments and other units of the college was carried out. The acts of investigation of accidents in the educational process and in the production units of the college were constantly checked. The trade union organization monitored the implementation of the requirements for the creation of healthy and safe working and training conditions stipulated by the Laws of Ukraine "On Labor Protection", "On Fire Safety", "On Civil Defense of Ukraine" and others.
Iryna YAKYMCHUK, Head of the Programming Department, noted that the trade union committee was guided by the collective agreement in its work. In particular, control was carried out over its compliance by the college administration, namely in such sections as: labor organization, social protection, labor rationing and remuneration, labor protection, social and domestic issues, relations between the administration and the labor collective. There were no violations in the implementation of the collective agreement.
In conclusion Iryna YAKYMCHUK I wished the new members of the trade union committee good luck in all their endeavors, mutual assistance, creativity, and the best possible results in their work!
