In order to ensure the safety of participants in the educational process, two shelters for 1,300 places have been prepared at the college.

An instruction on actions to be taken in the event of an "Air Alarm" signal was developed and brought to the attention of college employees and students, and training was conducted at the facility. It was reported that the installation of an automatic fire alarm system, notification of people and fire surveillance in the premises of dormitory No. 1 was completed. Similar work is currently being carried out in dormitory No. 2.

Nine PCs, two TVs, a drone, and printers were purchased with charitable funds, which strengthened the "computer park"

programming, land law, construction and economic departments.

A new step in the activities of our college has become international cooperation. Thanks to the many years of joint activities of NUBiP of Ukraine and the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Trisdorf (HSWT), this year the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) conducted an international project "Supporting Ukrainian Colleges: Data Collection. Calculation of Marginal Income", in which college teachers participated.

It is important to note that students of the programming department were involved in some design decisions at the college. Bachelors Ruslana Okrenets and Serhiy Kadebskyi participated in the development of the new college emblem and the publication of the newspaper "College Bulletin". And Viktor Pavlovsky and his father developed the College Repository for storing research papers.

Also, the college departments continue to implement the lCloud Educational Cloud into the educational process, which allows for digitized documentation of the educational process, which is stored on servers. It is also duplicated for storage on other servers, which makes it more protected against cyberattacks and can be used via the global network.

The chairwoman of the college student council spoke at the meeting. Makarchuk DARYNA, a student of the 33rd IP group, who reported on the organization of the work of student self-government bodies, emphasized the participation of representatives of the student council in the preparation and holding of celebrations on the occasion of the "Education Workers' Day", the competitive program "We declare ourselves", "Self-government Day". The student council actively assisted in carrying out volunteer actions in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in

charitable activities. Makarchuk DARYNA noted that the plans for the second semester include establishing relationships with the student organization of NUBiP of Ukraine in order to study the experience.

The student council chair also expressed her gratitude to the college director for listening to students' suggestions and questions and systematically meeting with representatives of student government to consider their ideas.

After completing the report, a member of the college's supervisory board, a public figure, and an Honored Energy Engineer of Ukraine addressed the college staff. Leontiy SAMCHUK, who noted the positive indicators of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", but noted that the most important mission of the college should be to form in students a sense of national dignity, to cultivate socially significant qualities of the personality, its competence and readiness to demonstrate a responsible civic position and patriotism. He proposed to approve the report of the work of the college staff.

Head of Human Resources Department Serhiy HRYSHCHENKO drew attention to the quantitative indicators and achievements of the team to date. "Behind all these figures is the difficult and painstaking work of each of you. On behalf of the leadership of our university, on behalf of the rector Stanislava NIKOLAIENKA", thank you for this work," he said Serhiy HRYSHCHENKO. Despite the difficult year of 2023, he noted the growth in the student contingent compared to the previous year and the excellent material and technical base that needs to be strengthened and improved.

However, he noted that there is a reserve in the work of the team, the essence of which lies in 1) career guidance work - increasing the number of applicants to the basic University; 2) improving the staff - increasing the number of employees with academic degrees and academic titles; 3) cooperation with business - looking for ways to solve the problem with the unfinished building and the unfinished construction of the sports ground, attracting graduates, businessmen for this, participating in international projects and grants, looking for international partners; 4) increasing publication activity; 5) high-quality preparation of accreditation files.

At the end of his speech Serhiy HRYSHCHENKO approved the director's report and recognized the work of the college staff as satisfactory. He also congratulated the staff on the upcoming New Year holidays.

Chairman of the College Supervisory Board, Dean of the Faculty of Land Management Taras EVSYUKOV agreed with the assessment of his colleagues and noted that in such difficult times for Ukraine, "It is very important to be in our place, to do our job more devotedly than ever, more patriotically than ever. Because we are a professional educational front. We are preparing the future of Ukraine for many decades to come, and therefore the responsibility that lies on us is very great."

He noted that Rivne Vocational College is highly regarded at the University, as it is distinguished by both quantitative and qualitative high indicators. Students and graduates of the college were recognized, with whom he had to personally work and teach (Vita Kovalenko, Viktoriya Pokotilo, Anna Bahitska, Inna Chebotaryova, Ulyana Forsyuk). “I am very pleased that they are professionals, with the right outlook on life and the right life positions. This is very important,” he noted. Taras Evsyukov.

However, the emphasis was also placed on the problems and tasks of the college. One of the most important problems Taras EVSYUKOV highlighted the preservation of the quality of education, because the level of knowledge has significantly decreased over the four years of distance learning, not only in our country, but also throughout the world.

He emphasized the team's good performance in the admissions campaign, but noted that out of 465 graduates, only 18% entered the basic institution and wished that this be one of the priority tasks.

The activity of teachers and students in all events held by the University (open lectures, open days, workshops, etc.) was noted.

Concluding his report, Taras EVSYUKOV suggested that the team approve the director's report Tsaruk Vasyl Yuriyovych and accept the tasks set for 2024.

College Director Vasyl TSARUK agreed with the assessment of the speakers and the comments and suggestions of the members of the Presidium.

After discussion, the participants in the staff meeting unanimously approved the college director's report and supported the institution's long-term plan for 2024.
