Excursion to the Riven Brewery

The tour began with an introduction to the history of the brewery, which has a rich brewing tradition. The students learned about the stages of the company's development, the famous beers that were produced here, and the people who were behind the creation of this unique place.

Next, the students had the opportunity to see the entire beer production process - from grain to glass. They visited the workshops where malting, wort brewing, fermentation and beer filtration take place. The students learned about the technological features of each stage and about product quality control.

The excursion to the Rivne Brewery "Riven" was not only interesting but also informative for the students of the RFK NUBiP of Ukraine. They gained an idea of the beer production process, the history and traditions of brewing in Ukraine, as well as the importance of maintaining high quality standards.
