One of the main areas of scientific research carried out within the educational process is the writing of coursework, which is an important qualification scientific work for students, which is carried out individually during their studies at the educational institution. They are the basis for acquiring deeper knowledge and developing the necessary skills in a particular field. In this context, the performance of coursework in the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" is of particular importance.
In particular, on April 3, 2025, the defense of coursework in the discipline "Production Organization" was held by students of group 21-M, specialty 073 Management. The defense of the works was conducted by a commission consisting of the head of coursework Motsnyuk V. Yu. and the head of the economic department Martynova I. M.
Students had the opportunity to choose the topics of their coursework, taking into account their own interests and the relevance of the selected issues in the field of production organization. For three months, they studied theoretical materials in depth, analyzed scientific sources, and conducted individual consultations with the teacher to clarify the tasks of their research.
Writing a term paper is a process that contributes to the development of key competencies: analytical, research and public skills, which are necessary for a successful career in fields such as economics and management. It helps students not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that will be useful in their future professional activities, and also prepares them for real challenges that they may encounter on their professional path.
