Certification of teaching staff is a system of measures aimed at a comprehensive assessment of their teaching activities, which determines the suitability of the teaching staff for the position held, the level of their qualifications, and assigns a qualification category and teaching title.
The purpose of certification is to stimulate a targeted continuous improvement of the level of professional competence of teaching staff, the growth of their professional skills, the development of creative initiative, the increase of prestige and authority, and the effectiveness of the educational process.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Certification of Teaching Staff, updated in 2024, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 09.09.2022 No. 805, by order of the director, an attestation commission was created in the college to organize and conduct attestation of teaching staff in the 2024-2025 academic year. The commission included:

- CHERNACHUK-SEMENISHYNA O.V., chief accountant, member of the commission;
- GULYUK S.I., head of the land and legal department, member of the commission;
- HUMENYUK V.D., head of the department of general education, member of the commission;
- MARTYNOVA I.M., head of the economic department, member of the commission;
- ROMANIUK M.V., Assistant Director for Human Resources, member of the commission;
- KUDELYA O.O., teacher, head of the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines, member of the commission;
- RUSINA N.G., lecturer, head of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines, member of the commission.
- LYULCHIK V.O., Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, college methodologist, secretary of the commission;
- SASOVSKYY T.A., chairman of the trade union committee of the PPOP VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" (with consent), member of the commission.
According to the approved work schedule, the certification commission studied the practical experience of teachers who are being certified in the 2024-2025 academic year during the academic year. The heads of the cyclical commissions and members of the certification commission attended training sessions and extracurricular activities of teachers, checked the state of educational and methodological support of the disciplines in which teaching staff are being certified, determined the level of students' academic achievements, and familiarized themselves with methodological developments during the inter-certification period.
Advanced training for teaching staff is a necessary condition for their certification in accordance with the procedure established by law. All teachers who were certified completed advanced training in a timely manner.
An important stage of certification was the formation of certification files for teaching staff, the preparation of draft certification letters, and the submission to the certification commission of characteristics of the activities of teaching staff during the inter-certification period.
The certification of teaching staff took place over two days – March 31 and April 1. At the beginning, the chairman of the certification commission, the director of the college, Vasyl TsARUK, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He congratulated those present on the day of the certification, expressed his intention to conduct the certification process in a calm atmosphere, in strict compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Pre-Higher Vocational Education” and the Regulations on the Certification of Teaching Staff. In addition, the chairman of the commission noted that according to the regulations, the certification commission is authorized if at least two-thirds of its members are present at its meeting. Since a quorum was provided at the meeting, the meeting began. The chairman of the commission also familiarized those present with the list of persons subject to certification in 2025.
Teachers undergoing certification were invited to a meeting where they had the opportunity to present the results of their teaching activities during the inter-certification period and answer questions from the certification committee members. Priority questions were about career guidance work, the use of the latest learning technologies in the educational process, student participation in scientific and practical conferences led by teachers, and practical training.
Based on the results of studying the activities of teaching staff, the certification commission made the following decisions by secret ballot:
Assign the qualification category "specialist":
- Krotyuk Vladyslav Serhiyovych – history teacher;
- Oksana Viktorovna Lyakhovych – teacher of legal disciplines;
- Fedorchuk Oleksandra Oleksandrivna – teacher of Ukrainian language and literature.
Confirm the qualification category "category I specialist":
- Dermanchuk Mykola Oleksiyovych – teacher of land management disciplines.
To assign the qualification category "specialist of the first category":
- Iryna Yuriivna Demydko – teacher of legal disciplines;
- Motsnyuk Vita Yuriivna – teacher of economic disciplines;
- Maya Volodymyrivna Romanyuk – a teacher of office administration.
To assign the qualification category "highest category specialist":
- Sergey Vasilyevich Babych – teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Veremchuk Iryna Yuriivna – teacher of physics and astronomy;
- Ivantsiv Mykhailo Romanovych – lecturer in legal disciplines;
- Talabska Oksana Yevhenivna – teacher of Ukrainian language and literature;
- Viktor Yaroslavovych Myshkov – history teacher;
- Yushchuk Oleksandr Vitaliyovych – teacher of construction disciplines.
Confirm the qualification category "highest category specialist" and assign the pedagogical title "teacher-methodologist":
- Serhiy Vasylyovych Bulakevych – teacher of land management disciplines;
- Alla Arkadiyevna Hnatiuk – teacher of economic disciplines;
- Hrynkevich Iryna Volodymyrivna – teacher of foreign literature and foreign language;
- Chapters to Igor Karpovich – teacher of chemistry and biology;
- Kyyko Neli Mykolaivna – teacher of land management disciplines;
- Tetyana Volodymyrivna Kupchyshina – teacher of political economy and economic disciplines;
- Svitlana Vasylivna Lukyanchuk – teacher of cultural studies;
- Matviychuk Lyubov Anatolyivna – teacher of economic disciplines;
- Nemkovich Oksana Borisovna – teacher of economic disciplines;
- Novak Yuriy Petrovych – teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Obarchuk Ellina Vsevolodovna – teacher of economic disciplines;
- Oleksiy Stepanovych Osadchuk – teacher of legal disciplines;
- Protasevich Lyubov Anatolyivna, teacher of foreign language and foreign literature;
- Trotsyuk Victoria Vitaliivna – teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, foreign language;
- Khrystyanovych Volodymyr Mykolayovych – teacher of the subject “Defense of Ukraine”;
- Chernyak Tetyana Hryhorivna – teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Olga Viktorovna Chornobriva – teacher of legal disciplines;
- Shalai Serhiy Vasilyevich – teacher of construction disciplines;
- Yakymchuk Iryna Oleksandrivna – teacher of programming and information disciplines.
The certification commission also established the suitability of employees holding various teaching positions in the educational institution for the position held:
- Baldych Lyudmila Volodymyrivna – Deputy Director for Academic Affairs;
- Valeriy Dmytrovych Humenyuk – head of the department;
- Lyulchyk Vadym Oleksandrovych – methodologist of the highest category;
- Sasovsky Taras Anatoliyovych – head of educational and industrial practice.
As a result of the meeting, the head of the certification commission, Vasyl TsARUK, congratulated the teaching staff and members of the certification commission on the successful completion of the certification and gave the following instructions for implementation:
- to the secretary of the certification commission, Vadym LYULCHYK, to ensure the issuance of the first copies of the certification letters to the teaching staff who were certified, for signature;
- Assistant Director for Human Resources Maya ROMANIUK to ensure submission of second copies of attestation letters to the personal files of employees who were attested;
- Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila BALDYCH to ensure the preparation, review, and transfer to the accounting department of the order on the results of the certification.
