Defense of reports on technological (production) practice by bachelor's students majoring in "Software Engineering"

The defense was held in the presence of a commission consisting of Iryna Yakymchuk, head of the information technology department; Oksana Kudeli, head of the programming and information disciplines cycle commission; and Vasyl Kot, Ph.D., practice manager, guarantor of the Software Engineering OPP. The commission members carefully familiarized themselves with the content of the reports, asked questions, and noted the strengths and weaknesses of each presentation. Their participation not only gave the event significance, but also became a source of useful advice for students on professional development.

During the defense, the students shared their impressions of how their internship went, what tasks they had to solve, and how the knowledge gained at the college helped them in their work. They all agreed that the educational program for bachelors in Software Engineering of the Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine provides the necessary theoretical and practical foundation that allows them to feel confident in a professional environment. Even when faced with atypical tasks, the students demonstrated the ability to quickly navigate, make decisions, and use their skills in real conditions. Such confidence is the result of many years of methodical work by teachers, a well-thought-out training program, and high-quality teaching of specialized disciplines.

In particular, student Vlad Golod, who worked with the modern digital platform QUINCEFIN during his internship, noted that although this platform is not studied directly at the college, the knowledge gained was more than enough to work effectively with it. Vlad emphasized that similar platforms were considered within the framework of the curriculum, so adapting to the new environment did not cause any difficulties. His experience was a vivid confirmation that studying at the college is flexible, relevant and allows students to navigate the dynamic world of IT.

In general, the defense of reports on technological production practice became not only the final stage of the practical part of the training, but also a vivid demonstration of students' preparation for the challenges of the modern IT industry. It showed that the Information Technology Department of the Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine not only teaches, but also forms competitive specialists capable of working in the complex, fast-paced world of technology.
