The Media Library of Electronic Learning Resources of the National Center for the Promotion of Education and Training (NCVPE) has a new electronic manual, “Defense of the Fatherland,” authored and compiled by Oleksandr Batenkov.
The manual presents material for mastering the theoretical and practical course on the subject "Defense of Ukraine", indicating its purpose, objectives, and content.
The electronic manual examines in detail the issues of initial military training of education seekers, the basics of regulatory and legal support for the defense of Ukraine, the functions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, their characteristic features, the basics of national security of Ukraine, the basic norms of international humanitarian law, combat, tactical, fire and applied physical training, the basics of civil defense and the provision of emergency first aid.
The manual contains a sufficient number of drawings, photographs, diagrams, tables, video materials, electronic links to Internet resources. Such illustrativeness contributes to increasing the level of clarity, motivation for learning, understanding, comprehension, assimilation and multi-level perception of the material through accessibility, development of interest and respect for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
