On January 29, 2025, an online interview was held with the heads of separate divisions of the university - institutes and professional colleges. Opening the event, Rector Vadym Tkachuk drew attention to the pressing issues that concern the collectives today. The topic was financing, initiatives to reform the network of institutions of professional pre-higher education, the demographic situation and the admission campaign, ways to update the material and technical base and cooperation with employers, etc. The meeting was also attended by the President of the University Stanislav Nikolayenko, Vice-Rectors for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Digital Transformation Olena Glazunova, Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Economic Issues Tetyana Kostyuk, Scientific Work and Innovation Activity Oksana Tonkha, Academic Secretary Oksana Baranovska, Head of the Department of Regional Development, Coordination of Activities of Separate Structural Units and Correspondence Education Nataliya Ovdiy, Head of the Press Service Denys Ruden.
At this interview, the heads of all separate divisions reported on the activities of the teams for 2024. In particular, the director of the Rivne Vocational College, Vasyl Tsaruk, in his report focused on the achievements and plans of the team. Last year, the material base was improved, a stable financial situation was ensured, a successful recruitment of students was carried out, etc. Among the plans are the accreditation of educational programs, the organization of advanced training for college teachers, the opening of new laboratories, and the search for assistance in the necessary expensive insulation of the building, which is difficult for the college to carry out on its own. During the discussion, attention was paid to the high-quality preparation of accreditation cases taking into account experience.
Summing up, Rector Vadym Tkachuk emphasized the importance of joint activities of the university and separate units, support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ensuring a high-quality educational process, sustainable development, and successful recruitment of students.
