INTRODUCTION
Group work is an integral part of the educational process at the College of Higher Education "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine". It contributes to the development and formation of general qualities of students in accordance with their age capabilities, satisfies the psychological need for communication, self-determination and solves the problem of organizing leisure. This form of activity provides ample opportunities for the development of scientific and research creativity, being one of the most common forms of extracurricular work.
In the group classes "Economic alliance» students improve their knowledge, develop skills and abilities, deepen practical competencies in their future profession, and also receive new interesting information, using their time wisely. In addition, group work contributes to the development of social ties and the realization of the creative potential of participants.
A key role in organizing club activities is played by club leaders: Candidate of Economic Sciences Oksana Nemkovych, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Alla Hnatyuk, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Viktor Poznakhovsky and lecturers of the Economics DepartmentThey guide the work, define tasks, suggest ideas and topics for research, and provide ongoing support to participants. Thanks to their help, students gain access to the necessary sources of information, advice, and recommendations, which contributes to the high-quality implementation of research projects.
Group work develops memory, critical thinking and curiosity, forms skills in the practical application of knowledge, the ability to clearly and logically express one's thoughts. It lays the foundations for continuous learning, creating a foundation for future professional activities and taking into account the prospects for the development of modern science, technology and economics.
