SCIENTIFIC CLUB "COMPUTER GRAPHICS AND DESIGN"
INTRODUCTION
For the purpose of in-depth study and practical application of the principles of computer graphics and design among students of the Higher Educational Service “RFK NUBiP of Ukraine”, the scientific circle “Computer Graphics and Design” operates.
The main goal of the group is to increase the level of knowledge of participants in the field of computer graphics and design, develop their practical skills in this area, as well as activate creative and research activities. During the group's work, participants have the opportunity to participate in events, competitions and exhibitions, which allows them to demonstrate their achievements and receive recognition for their work.
The group meetings are held regularly, which contributes to the constant development of participants and the exchange of experience. The topics of the meetings are selected taking into account current trends in the industry and the interests of the participants, in order to ensure their high-quality and full development in this area.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLUB
The “Computer Graphics and Design” group was created on the initiative of the teachers of the cyclic commission of programming and information disciplines and students of the Software Engineering specialty of the Higher Educational Service “RFK NUBiP of Ukraine” in the fall of 2020. The heads of the scientific group: Yakymchuk I.O., Stryk P.M., Kudelya O.O.. Active participants in the work of the group are students of the Department of Information Technologies. The group meetings are held twice a month, throughout the year in classroom No. 14. The topics of the group meetings are chosen in order to ensure increased motivation of students to study and to activate their creative and research work.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB
The Computer Graphics and Design group was created to deepen students' knowledge and skills in the field of computer graphics and design, develop their creativity, and prepare them for professional activity in this field.
The group's work objectives:
- Studying the basics of computer graphics and design, including the principles of creating graphic objects, using graphic programs, etc.;
- Development of participants' practical skills in working with graphic programs for creating and processing graphics;
- Creation of own projects by club members, such as advertising banners, logos, posters, graphics for software, etc.;
- Study and analysis of current trends in the field of computer graphics and design;
- Participation in competitions, exhibitions or other events that contribute to the popularization and recognition of the achievements of the group members.
- Interaction with other circles or professionals in the industry to exchange experiences and learn new things;
- Attending master classes and trainings in computer graphics and design.
EXPECTED RESULTS FROM THE WORK OF THE CLUBS
As a result of the group's work, students should:
Knowledge and skills:
- acquire thorough theoretical knowledge in the field of computer graphics and design;
- learn to use modern software tools for working with computer graphics and design;
- be able to create and edit raster and vector images;
- develop skills in creating and editing images, interfaces, etc.;
- master the basics of graphic design, typography, composition and color;
- learn to present the results of their work.
Research activities:
- gain experience in conducting scientific research in the field of computer graphics and design;
- learn to formulate scientific problems and choose methods for their research;
- master the skills of collecting, processing and analyzing data;
- be able to prepare scientific papers, reports and presentations;
- publish the results of their research in publications.

- learn to generate and implement new ideas;
- master the skills of teamwork and cooperation with other people;
- develop skills in self-presentation and defense of their projects;
