On November 9, 2024, on Saturday, a parent meeting of the Information Technology Department was held in the college assembly hall. The organizer of the parent meeting was the head of the department, Yakymchuk Iryna. In addition, the director of the college, Tsaruk Vasyl, the deputy director for educational work, Talimonchuk Oleksandr, curators and teachers of the department's study groups were invited to the meeting.
The following issues were discussed with parents:
1. Organization of the educational process at the college branch;
2. Internal regulations for students;
3. On holding the NMT in 2025;
4. Results of the group's analysis of the success of students in the department based on the results of knowledge control sections and questionnaires on the teaching of academic disciplines;
5. Coursework, industrial practice and thesis - as a result of training programmers for real working conditions at enterprises;
6. Prospects for graduate education in a basic educational institution - NUBiP of Ukraine.
The college director asked the parents present whether there was a need to change and improve the material and technical base of the college. To which the parents responded with suggestions regarding the conditions of living in the dormitory. The deputy director reported information about the educational process conducted at the college, about volunteer activities by college students, etc. The general meeting ended with a discussion of issues of NMT and graduate education with the parents of the graduating groups. Then the parents went to the offices with the curators of the study groups to inform about the students' success.
