As part of the week of economic disciplines, on October 24, 2024, a meeting of students of groups 21-F and 31-F of the specialty 072 Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market with Nycheporuk Lyudmyla Volodymyrivna - Head of the Prat Department of the insurance company "UNIQA" took place. The initiators of the event were the teachers of the discipline "Insurance" Lyudmyla Pronchuk and Ellina Obarchuk.
UNIQA Insurance Company is part of the Australian UNIQA Insurance Group, which is one of the largest insurance groups in Europe. In Ukraine, it is represented by two subsidiaries – UNIQA Joint Stock Company (non-life) and UNIQA Life Joint Stock Company.
UNIQA Group Insurance Company has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 1994, and has been part of UNIQA Insurance Group since 2006. The group is represented in 18 countries, with 38 companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe.
Ms. Lyudmila shared with the students her experience in insurance activities, the specifics of the work and the responsibilities of an insurance specialist. In the form of a conversation and discussion, they considered the topic of the specifics of insurance activities in today's realities. The guest gave comprehensive answers to the students' questions.
