In 1981, he graduated with honors from Chernivtsi State University, majoring in History.
He has been working at the college since 1999 as Deputy Director for Educational Work and a history teacher.
From 2014 to 2023, he was the head of the regional methodological association of deputy directors for educational work.
In 2000, he was awarded the badge "Excellent Educationist of Ukraine", in 2006 - the labor award of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine "Badge of Honor".
