On September 17, the seminar of library managers and librarians of the Higher School of Law of the University of Life Sciences of Ukraine continued its work.
The second day of the seminar began with discussions on the accreditation of educational programs and the discussion of library requirements; problematic issues of book replacement and write-off; ways to update the library collection, purchase books and subscriptions to periodicals during the war. Special attention was paid to the issues of improving the qualifications of library workers and increasing professional competencies.
In an informative, dynamic, and professional manner, librarians talked about the daily problems of library work in educational institutions under martial law, taking into account the provisions of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program.
The program of the second day of the library seminar includes a visit to the Peresopnytsia Cultural and Archaeological Center, the Museum of the Ukrainian First Book, and the national shrine of the Ukrainian people, the Peresopnytsia Gospel.
