The head of the cyclical commission of construction disciplines Iryna CHORNA, in order to ensure pedagogical support for students with special educational needs in educational institutions in conditions of martial law in the OPP &quot;Equipment of buildings and structures and building design&quot;, as well as the OPP &quot;Construction and operation of buildings and structures&quot;, took part in this conference, which was held on May 14-15, 2025 at the Kherson State University (Faculty of Pedagogy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left p-indent blog-p-justify\">With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the following also participated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. Sciences of the University of Basel (Basel, SWITZERLAND) Olena MAKAROVA shared her experience with the work: &quot;Science in Action: Educational Initiatives in Support of Ukrainians.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left p-indent blog-p-justify\">Ruslan Vasilyevich Malinoshevsky, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Researcher, Deputy Director of the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for Scientific Work, supplemented the conference proceedings with a report on the topic: &quot;Upbringing in Times of Trials: How Education Becomes a Support for a Child.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left p-indent blog-p-justify\">Chorna Iryna Vasylivna, Candidate of Technical Sciences, teacher-methodologist of the construction department of the Higher Educational Service &quot;RFK NUBiP of Ukraine&quot; revealed the issue of preserving the health of education seekers as a social value and a necessary condition for development and self-determination in war conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left p-indent blog-p-justify\">Participation in conferences of this format makes it possible to consolidate the efforts of participants in the educational process towards the full socialization of students with special privileged categories and educational needs in
