!important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">As part of their familiarization with the activities of state financial institutions, students of the 21-F group of the specialty &quot;Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market&quot; with the curator Oksana Talabska made a study visit to the Main Directorate of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the city of Rivne.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">The trip was held to deepen students&#039; knowledge about the functioning of state financial control bodies, in particular the role of the treasury in ensuring effective management of public funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">The group was welcomed by a former student of the Higher Educational Service of the Russian Federation of Universities of Sciences of Ukraine <strong>Smaly Olga Volodymyrivna<\/strong> \u2013 Head of the Western Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">During the meeting, representatives of the institution conducted an interesting tour and introduced future financiers to the main areas of treasury activity: Head of the Main Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in Rivne region <strong>Mykola Ivanovych Kostyuk <\/strong>introduced the main areas of work of the department and structural divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Head of the Department of Budget Revenues and Financial Resources Operations of the Main Treasury Department <strong>Mazur Andriy Volodymyrovych<\/strong> reported on the receipt of state funds into the treasury of the city of Rivne and their purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Deputy Head of the Department for Serving Fund Administrators and Other Clients of Local Budgets, Department for Serving Fund Administrators and Other Clients of the Main Treasury Department <strong>Kropovensky Vadym Viktorovych<\/strong> conducted a field trip to the State Treasury Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Head of the Accounting Department of the Accounting Department of Budget Execution Operations of the Main Treasury Department <strong>Makarchuk Olena Pavlivna<\/strong> talked about conducting various operations and preparing reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Acting Head of the Personnel Department of the Main Directorate of the Treasury <strong>Matviychuk Olena Mykolayivna<\/strong> prepared an interesting quiz for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Particular attention was paid to the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>organization of cash execution of the state budget;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mechanism for making payments by budgetary institutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electronic public finance management systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>control over the targeted use of budget funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Students had the opportunity to ask questions to service employees, learn about the real challenges that treasurers face, and hear advice on future employment in the public sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">This visit became an important part of the students&#039; professional orientation, as it provided an opportunity to see how the theoretical knowledge gained during their studies was applied in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">Such activities contribute to the formation of a responsible attitude towards the profession among young people and an awareness of the importance of financial discipline in public administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
