It is important to know how to confront manipulators and protect your own boundaries. That is why we must \u201cknow the enemy in person.\u201d And here are some tips to help you do this:\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Trust your intuition:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you feel uncomfortable communicating with a certain person, pay attention to these feelings. Intuition often signals potential danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Set clear personal boundaries:<\/strong>&nbsp;Determine what is acceptable and what is not, and stick to those boundaries. This will help you avoid situations where you can be manipulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Keep emotional distance:<\/strong>&nbsp;Do not give in to the manipulator&#039;s provocations. Maintain a neutral position, do not show strong emotions, so as not to give him leverage over you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Don&#039;t get into arguments:<\/strong>&nbsp;Manipulators often provoke conflict. Avoid arguments, stay calm, and don&#039;t give them the opportunity to drag you into an argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>&nbsp;Contact support:<\/strong>&nbsp;Don&#039;t be afraid to talk about your problem with friends, family, or professionals.
