They learned how to connect a patch cord to a connector, and also observed the process of soldering a fiber optic cable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Financial security<\/strong> \u2013 the interns were told about banking systems, the principles of deposits, loans, and ATMs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>Management and communications<\/strong> \u2013 students learned about the work of a sales manager: how he finds partners, negotiates, and advises clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\"><strong>The role of HR in cybersecurity<\/strong> \u2013 the participants of the practice understood that human resources policy plays an important role in the development of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>So, one of the key aspects of the training was the realization that <strong>Cybersecurity is not just about programming<\/strong>It includes:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Network design and installation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establishing relationships with partners<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transition from technical specialties to management positions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-indent blog-p-justify\">This experience allowed those who returned from the internship to be inspired and confident in choosing their future profession.
