Even during his lifetime, he was considered the patriarch of Ukrainian literature and a modern classic. One of the most outstanding Ukrainian novelists of the last quarter of the 20th century, he created an entire library of highly artistic historical and modern prose.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6bb2b2d p-indent\" data-block-id=\"6bb2b2d\"><style>.stk-6bb2b2d{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-6bb2b2d .stk-block-text__text{letter-spacing:-0.1px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">Pavlo Arkhipovych Zagrebelny was born on August 25, 1924 in the village of Soloshyn, Kobelyatsky district, Poltava region.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6ed81cf p-indent\" data-block-id=\"6ed81cf\"><style>.stk-6ed81cf{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-6ed81cf .stk-block-text__text{letter-spacing:-0.1px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">For many years, readers have met Pavlo Zagrebelny&#039;s literary critical and literary studies with great interest and eagerly awaited his new works.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b7a0a55 p-indent\" data-block-id=\"b7a0a55\"><style>.stk-b7a0a55{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-b7a0a55 .stk-block-text__text{letter-spacing:-0.1px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">Zagrebelny&#039;s main genre is the novel, although his work also includes short stories, short stories, and novels. Principled, uncompromising and fearless in upholding the truth, advanced thought, national interests, the writing profession and every talented name. He gave high lessons in civic courage, humanity, decency, and a responsible attitude to word and deed. He is truly a true classic in our literature, the most powerful Ukrainian writer of our time. His works are works of growth that remain not only in Ukrainian but also in world literature. Talented in everything, Zagrebelny was a bright example of selfless service to literature, the people, and Ukraine.
