The decision to introduce elements of forms of obtaining professional pre-higher education is made by the head of the professional pre-higher education institution by issuing a corresponding order.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-468281a p-indent\" data-block-id=\"468281a\"><style>.stk-468281a {margin-bottom:0px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text has-text-align-justify\">The distance form of obtaining professional pre-higher education is an individualized form of obtaining education, which is implemented mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process who are distant from each other in the electronic educational environment of the College, which operates on the basis of
